What’s in it?
It contains the patented natural extracts Zangrado®, Vincaria® and Progrado® as well as extracts from ginger and peppermint well-known and documented for their soothing effects.  They are a bit like the peppermint that you get after a big meal at a restaurant.

How does GastroZan® GI Work?
Your body contains sensory neurons or nerves.  In the skin, these nerves sense heat and pain; in your nose, odors; and in your GI system, chemicals and nutrients like gastric juice, fluids and food.  In each case, the nerves send messages to your brain which in turn causes a reaction to the stimulus.

In the case of your Upper GI system, specifically your esophagus and stomach, the reaction can be things such as gas, burning, bloating, nausea and an upset stomach.

Zangrado® specifically affects the sensory nerves that line your GI system.  Thus, it intercepts the message to the brain and therefore reduces the discomfort.

Is there any proof that it works?
Of course: Although we are currently conducting human clinical trials, published and peer-reviewed studies show that Zangrado®  directly affects the sensory afferent nerves that line your GI system and can significantly reduce common gastrointestinal distress and nausea.

Is GastroZan® GI Safe?
The patented ingredients in GastroZan® GI - Zangrado®, Vincaria® and Progrado® -  have been independently tested for both acute and sub-acute safety.  All received a GHS (Global Harmonized System) Level 5 rating or “unclassified,” recognized in the pharmaceutical industry as the highest safety level available.

When should I take GastroZan® GI?
It isn’t an antacid, like Tums or Rolaids, so it does not work as quickly. However, if you have recurrent upset stomach are acidity issues, or anticipate nausea – like motion sickness or eating certain foods, take GastroZan® GI 2 to 3 hours before.  In most cases however, people take it in the morning on a daily basis as it normalizes and enhances proper upper GI functioning.
