What is Reparagen®?
Reparagen® is a dietary supplement made up of two patented plant extracts (aka concentrates), Vincaria® and RNI2-249™.

How does Reparagen® work?
Vincaria® regulates an “overactive” gene that causes thirty different types of inflammation, such as those common to compromised joint health due to arthritis and injury. RNI-249™ increases the production of a natural repair factor in your body that decreases with aging. This repair factor (aka IGF) is responsible for repairing and rebuilding damaged cartilage and joints as well as the muscles that support bones and joints. So Reparagen addresses both the symptoms as well as the cause of joint and cartilage dysfunction.

Is there any proof (clinical studies) that Reparagen® works?

● Vincaria® was the subject of a separate peer-reviewed and published clinical trial, the Vincaria Unum in Die (once-a-day) Efficacy [VUIDE (pronounced “VIDE”)] trial. A single 100 milligram daily dose was shown to be an effective treatment for over 92% of the participants with confirmed osteoarthritis within five (5) days as compared to the placebo group;
● RNI-249 was shown to increase cartilage repair factor, normalize and repair arthritic cartilage tissue; and,
● Reparagen itself was the subject of a multicenter clinical trial in which 94% of the subjects taking Reparagen experienced a significant reduction in thus took less relief medication (such as aspirin or ibuprofen) as compared to glucosamine.

Is Reparagen® Safe?
Each component of Reparagen®, Vincaria® and RNI-249™, as well as Reparagen® itself, have been independently tested for both acute and sub-acute safety. All received a GHS (Global Harmonized System) Level 5 rating or “unclassified,” recognized in the pharmaceutical industry as the highest safety level available.

I take Glucosamine and/or Chondroitin sulfate. Can I/Should I take this with Reparagen®?
You can but why would you want to? While both are building blocks of joints and cartilage, Reparagen® was shown to be a clinically effective “stand alone treatment” – and worked better than Glucosamine.
