What are Nootropics?

What Nootropics are in WW Memory?
Bacoside, DHEA, L-Dopa, Fisetin, Gingkosides, Huperizine A, Phosphatidylserine, Theanine, and Vinpocetine.  None of these are drugs – all are extracted/concentrated from plants.  For example, Fisetin comes from strawberries and Theanine from Green Tea.

Is there any proof that it works?
